Merchandise items will normally be send via Royal Mail. Particularly large orders and international orders may be sent via an appropriate parcel delivery company.
Return Policy
I will do my best to accommodate all reasonable requests for returns and exchanges. All requests must be made within 30 days from the shipping date. Please email me at nessa@vanessamaria.co.uk for authorisation before you send anything back. If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed or worn and is in good condition. If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged, you will incur no additional shipping charges. Otherwise you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
